K12 Course Material Return

 


Directions on Course Materials Return (Return all Technology to the Innovations Office)

TIP: Save your materials box and your packaging receipt to help you know what materials to return at the end of the year. 

At the end of the school year, or when you disenroll from Innovations, you will receive:

  • An email from K12 with instructions on how to return materials, a list of what to return, and a separate email from UPS with labels for you to print

  • A letter via USPS (within 7-10 business days) instructing you of what to do with each material item for that course or group of courses and a set of UPS labels.

​You may also view the list of materials that need to be returned in your My Info account.

**All technology will be returned to the school office: chromebook, charger, hotspot, headphones, laptops
